Terms of Service

Last updated April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an Invofyx account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific terms that apply to your subscription. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for the activity on your account, and for ensuring the invoices you issue are accurate and legal in your jurisdiction. Invofyx is a tool; tax liability is yours.

3. Subscription & payment

Paid plans renew monthly or annually depending on your selection. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't refund partial periods except where legally required.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Invofyx to issue fraudulent invoices, to launder funds, or to facilitate illegal activity. We may suspend accounts where we have reason to believe this is happening, pending review.

5. Data & privacy

We process your data under the Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement. You own your invoice data. We will never sell it or share it with advertisers.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.95% monthly uptime. We publish real-time status at /status and incident post-mortems within 14 days of resolution. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
